Visit Anuradhapura, the island’s ancient capital. Sightseeing includes the dagobas (pagodas), and the sacred Bo tree, scion of the original tree under which the Buddha attained enlightenment.
Day 3: Habarana - Polonnaruwa - Habarana

Morning visit the ruins of Polonnaruwa, the medieval capital of the country, along with the Gal Vihara rock sculptures.
Day 4: Habarana - Sigiriya - Habarana

Visit the Rock fortress of Sigiriya - the 600-feet-high rock is a steep climb
Day 5: Habarana - Dambulla - Kandy

Drive to Kandy, visiting the Dambulla Cave Temple en route.
Visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic in the evening. Later enjoy a Kandyan dance performance
Day 6: Kandy - Pinnawela - Kandy

At the elephant orphanage at Pinnawela, we have the chance of seeing baby elephants being bottle-fed and elephants having a bath. Later, we visit the famous botanical gardens at Peradeniya.
Day 7: Kandy - Nuwara Eliya

A scenic drive to the tea country of Nuwara Eliya, visiting a tea factory en route.
Optional afternoon tour of Hakgala Botanical Gardens.
Day 8: Nuwara Eliya - Horton Plains - Nuwara Eliya
Friday, May 17, 2024 - Saturday, May 18, 2024
Morning drive to Horton Plains, on a windswept saddle at 7,000 feet, for a hike to the Bakers Falls and World’s End, with a sheer 1,000-foot vertical drop.
Rest of the day free to explore the town, or enjoy a round of golf
Day 9: Nuwara Eliya - Yala - Tissamaharama

Drive to Yala for 2 nights stay
The remainder of the day is at leisure.
Day 10: Yala - Tissamaharama

Early morning and afternoon jeep safaris.
In addition to the elusive leopard, Yala is home to elephant, deer, wild buffalo, crocodile, wild boar, and many species of birds.
Day 11: Yala - Galle - Kosgoda - Bentota

Drive to the World Heritage city of Galle, noted for the Dutch Museum, Groote Kerk (Great Church), and National Maritime Museum.
Optional enjoy lunch at a hotel and drive to the white Bentota beach and stay for 4 night
